Summary
With as many as 17 shuttle routes and more than 90 buses moving attendees between the convention center, hotel and airport, shuttle buses create a conference advertising channel that delivers the quality and quantity of exposures that HIMSS exhibitors are looking for.
Newsday provides a bundled offering that HIMSS sells to its exhibitors which includes a large exterior “Extended Queen” graphic, interior window banners and an ad in a video program that plays on sponsored buses throughout the duration of the meeting. Video programs are individually edited with ads from each sponsor, so exhibitors are not competing with other brands and can “own” their entire bus.
