Daily convention television programs are typically 15-20 minutes long, and are aired repeatedly on buses that transfer attendees between hotels & meeting venues; in hotel rooms; and in meeting venues providing maximum exposure for advertisers.

We do everything we can to minimize the time commitment by association staff to produce and execute programs. Our production team handles all program production details including developing a script, securing talent, sourcing music, getting approvals, managing any interview shoots with association leadership, prepping and coaching on camera talent, securing b-roll from the convention city cvb, replicating dvds for distribution, and more. Our sales team handles the entire sales effort, including selling, invoicing, and ensuring that ads are delivered and integrated into the program. Our operations team executes all program execution details in advance including making arrangements with hotels to play the program on dark channels, and handles all onsite details related to ensuring programs play on all buses, in hotel rooms, in convention centers; tipping bus drivers; delivering daily reports to advertisers; troubleshooting; handling last minute program change requests, and more.
